We offer a 30-day return policy, which means that customers can return unused Insulated Bottles within 30 days of receiving the product without any conditions. (Return method: mail)
Return Conditions
- The Insulated Bottle must be in its original condition, including unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
How to make a return?

- If the return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send the package back.
- Important: Packages without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective products: Including incorrect items, shipping damage, or other defects related to the Insulated Bottle, the return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
- For customers’ personal reasons: If you purchased the wrong item, wrong size, or no longer need the Insulated Bottle, we will also cover the return shipping.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your Insulated Bottle immediately after receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it appropriately.
What if the product you received is defective?
If the Insulated Bottle you purchased from sharktreadz.com is defective, we will replace it or refund you in full. Please contact us via email at [email protected].
We will provide you with two options after verifying the problem:
- Send a new Insulated Bottle, or
- Refund you in full.
Exchange Policy
To ensure you get the Insulated Bottle you need as quickly as possible, please return the existing item first, and then purchase a new item separately after the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you if the refund is approved after receiving and inspecting your return.
- If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
